= Balance Changes
- Decreased the damage of Fiery Barrage and added a cooldown
- Phoenix Flame is now instant
- Blazing Ward and Cleansing Flame no longer have a cooldown
- Phoenix Dive now pierces cover and only costs 20 PA
- Phoenix Ward now only costs 20 PA
- Damage of Cindersquall increased (it might be worth using now =P)
= Bugfixes
- Ligaea should no longer be parried from Falconry skills
- Fixed a crash related to bugfixes in the Rift
- Fixed various typos and other minor issues
- Various minor fixes that I honestly can't remember any of right now. I'm sure I did some though. :X
